Hello, I got an employee reference letter from my former employer Canada as I'm claiming points for cec as a supply chain coordinator. However the job duties outlined in the letter seems to be a summary of my roles and doesn't give much detail of my roles and responsibilities. I did request a copy of my job description from my former manager and she sent it to me. This does give details of the role and would seem to be more in line with what IRCC is looking for. Can I submit the reference letter along with the job description to give more details on my roles while working for the company?

That job description is signed by your former manager and confirmed that it's related to your role?

Hello, she didn't sign it. She just sent me a copy of it. Those are indeed details of the roles I performed. Should I ask her to sign it?

So it's printed on the company letter head then below it says
Position title - supply chain coordinator
Department - supply chain
Reports to- supply chain manager

Then there's a subheading - "general purpose"
General purpose of job listed. This is what hr listed on the reference letter.

Then there's a "key responsibilities" heading. This is where the details of the job description is communicated/listed.

Followed by qualification ls for job and experience required.
