Hello all,
I was hoping people can advise me regarding my situation. My canadian work experience is as follows:

Company A: I started a job as an Electronic Technician on May9, 2022 and left that company on July 14, 2022.

Company B: I then started working at my new workplace as a Financial Services Rep from July 18, 2022 and currently employed here.

Today being May 21, 2025 can I ask for an Employment Reference letter from my current company now? I should have 3 years of combined work experience from Company A and Company B right?

I am using company B, Financial Services Rep as my primary occupation for my EE profile.
My current company has become very stressful and I am think of quitting to focus on French since my PGWP expires this year August anyways.

If anyone can advise me regarding this I'd really appreciate

How do you have 3 years of Canadian work experience within the last 3 years?
I applied for my PGWP on May 5, 2022 while it was processing I started my Electronic technician job on May 9, 2022 using my implied status for my PGWP application since we are allowed to work for that period. Left on July 14, 2022 and started working at my current company as a Financial Services Rep on July 18, 2022. My PGWP came to me on August 30, 2022 and is valid until August 31, 2025.
Does May 9, 2022 to May 9, 2025 not count as 3 years of combined work experience? Am I missing something? I thought canadian experience can be combined using different NOC/TEER codes.
IRCC is showing me points for 3 years for work experience on my EE profile and I put May, 2022 as my start date.

You count your Canadian work experience for the three years before you apply, so May 21, 2022 onwards. You started May 9 202 which is not within the last 3 years. So right now you can count three years from May 21 but lose a day going forward.

But IRCC website & CRS point calculator tool says our Canadian experience is valid for the last 10 years, and to be qualified for CEC we have to have atleast 1 year of work experience in the last 3 years, which I have isn't it?

You can count your Canadian experience for years but to be eligible for the CEC draw, work experience is counted within the three years before your application is submitted. Unless IRCC changed the rules within the last few months.
