[URGENT] Assistance needed for PRTD application

When I open my PR portal.. there is NO option to apply online. It’s written there but you can’t click on it. Is it because I am INSIDE Canada ?

Likely, YES!

This is why those that I mentioned ticked the `I am outside of Canada' option, even though they were IN Canada...hoping they would get the PRTD and NOT be found to have misrepresented themselves. AFAIK, they haven't posted back as to whether or not it worked. Even if it did...I would be worried!

Nope.

I still poke around these forums, jumping in wherever I can...even when I'm totally wrong! LOL!
