There is no widower sponsorship program. Without a living sponsoring partner / spouse, spousal sponsorship is not an option.

You can look into applying for PR under H&C. Note the long processing times and that submitting an application won't prevent you from being removed. Approval rates also aren't that high and you will want to put together a strong application.
