I had visitor visa in my old passport will expired within 15 days. I had applied for fresh visa before 7 th sept 2021 for my new renewed pass port which is under process since June 2021. Meanwhile my grand child brain stroke. I have to enter Canada immediately so I got approval from PHAC was added to my under process visa application but no reply received. So I have entered Canada using my expiring visa within 18 days. Border officer not stamped any date on my passport but told to leave before expiry date.
Now I want advice,
1. Do I need new application with fresh PHAC approval as approval timeline expiring within a week and my old application was before 7th sept.
2. Can I stay till fresh visa application under process and/or six moth from entering date as no stamping on passport.whichever is earlier.
3. Is there any other way to stay for six month from entering date with legally ?
