all jobs since the past 3 yrs, both current and past job letters must be included. if u fail to provide a letter, u must provide a written explanation.

thx. what exactly are these letters of reference? kinda like recommendation letter?
i had worked a few months for some of the jobs, I have to go back to the boss and ask for the letter? That's kinda weird.

some of the jobs are not really helping the application.

Refer to Point No. 10 in the checklist for details of the Reference letter.

I read the instructions to mean all "Canadian jobs" for the past three years. This is what I did: I left out my US jobs, but I got them just in case CIC wants them later.

u dont need to include jobs letters outside of canada. u include all canadian jobs

Include
> Only Canadian work experience in the last three years.

Exclude
> Any Canadian / non Canadian work exp before three years.
> Non-Canadian work experience in the last three years.
