Looking for advice on below matter.
Background- I have more than a decade of foreign experience in IT GRC which falls under Cybersecurity and Canadian experience since mid 2024 on closed work permit with NOC 20012 (Computer and information systems manager).
Questions-
1) Based on my experience prior to mid 2024, can I opt for primary NOC code as 21220 (Cybersecurity specialist) and would it anyway conflict with my current managerial NOC code or create processing complexity for IRCC? My employer is ready to give me past reference letters, however most people suggested to file PR with NOC code mentioned on work permit only to keep it simple. Has someone encountered such issue, what approach they took and got the PR?
2) Can someone provide checklist of documentation required post ITA?
