This is more the exception (rather than the norm). Submit the correct documents and you should be fine (assuming you meet all the criteria on the day you receive the ITA).

Look like your just apolied i mean just few months ago ...that is why they taking bit time for now ..

Yes my AOR is OCT 01, 2015.
From the notes, looks like everything is ok but it is stuck with the security check.

these are my notes.... after the agent okays 11.2 , what are the next steps on your notes ?? I am jsut a little stressed about the whole thing so was wondering what happens after ?

I got my gcms notes today..... the time it changed to "not needed at this time" from 'In Progress", was due to Application transfer from CIO to Ottawa... due to work re-distribution.

In review notes.....
it says R10 is ok.
education, age, criminality, PCC, medicals are all passed.

On 2nd page.. under Assessments...
eligibility and security - not started
criminality and medical - passed


anything I should look in specific for?

Thanks for sharing. Where exactly does it say in the notes that the file has been moved due to work re-distribution. I'm asking because the notes that I ordered before the status change already had three offices listed under the heading SECONDARY OFFICE

the agent review was on 2/12 , aor on 5/11 and category FSW inland...2 applicants.

I ordered mine, back mid dec, and when I received them in Jan, the due date early Jan which was around the same time my BG changed from in progress to not started. So not sure if that's of any help. Ordered GCMS notes again, should get them by mid feb.

mine was 31/12/2015...
BG changed on 2/12 from in progress to not needed ! so I am very confused..
The call centre lady told me that my last request for notes did not go through , so I had to reorder them. The next day I got the supposedly "
not ordered" notes.. so I should have new set mid feb too...

how strange ! they are a weird lot , the customer service people... I called on two different days for address change and my notes and got two completely opposite responses !

Pleasure sharing....looks like a lot of weird things are happening at my end.

So, finally I got my GCMS notes today. I ordered on Nov. 30, it was printed on Dec. 2. In the notes, I discovered a grave error from my end. Please, I need help about what I should do, or if I should do anything in the first place.

The issue is this:

For my current study, where they asked complete/full academic years, I though they were asking for the duration for the study hence I answered 4. In the GCMS notes, I discovered that the question actually means how many years you have completed towards that degree. Now, it is reading 4 on the notes, meanwhile, I have only completed 2 years towards a 4 years degree. I did not get any point for this degree because it is not completed.

Should I send a CSE or not? Is this misrepresentation?

What does your notes says and see your eligibility part is it passed ,not started ?
