Did your case analyst say reference letter matched job descriptions or you didn't have A11.2 done by case analyst yet?

I am not sure if anyone found a software that correctly changed gcms notes to text.
if you do, i will surely be interested in knowing.

Unfortunately not... my notes were issued on teh 15th FEB and the last comment in there was the R10 OK comment dates 11th of FEB.. The full comment is as follows:

That's it... seems like if it had been issued a few days later I may have gotten to see the next comment about eligibility and job duties, etc...

Yes if you had waited couple of days or ordered around when BC changed to NN you would have had case Analyst comment.
Your next notes will have that and might also have officer comment.

Or does the officer recommend the pass and then another officer at LVO will pass if he agrees?

Analysts recommends pass and file transfer to LVO. The officer at LVO evaluate and agrees with the case analyst from cio. They rarely disagree with each other. Lol
The officer at LVO is the one that eventually passes eligibility.

Ah last question... when, usually during this process, does the BC change to IP? Is it as soon as the officer at LVO picks up the case file to analyze or right after he passes the eligibility, whcih pretty much means there is only security to go?

This varies from office to office, or maybe even the mood on that day.
Mostly when BC change to in progress for Outland applicants, eligibility is done for sure and security checks might be on going or completed. It is hard to say for sure.
Mostly it means eligibility and security are passed and file is ready for visa.

There is no charge if you are inland and applying for yourself.
