Unable to update PR address using online webpage

What address do I use to go complete the CoPR procedures? Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, 100 E Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI 48226? So I would just drive on the above address and where to go to complete the paperwork?

You have to enter Canada to complete landing(PR confirmation). You cant do in US address where cbp sits.
So just take your documents for both sides and head to tunnel or bridge to complete the landing and Canadian side.

Also, I received my PR cards through UPS last week. No issues at all. In my case, I used a UPS mailbox service in Canada and they mailed me my cards.

My friend has received my PR card in Canada. Can we use UPS/FedEx to ship them to USA ?

Yes, even passports are allowed to be sent between these countries.
Many(including myself) received PR card from Canada to US.

Correct. In the inquiry box, I just typed in my new address and requested that the PR card should be sent at the new address. They don't need to know the "why" or any other explanation, in my opinion.

I got an email response to web form query that i submitted. It just says that your address has been updated, nothing mentioned if they are sending the PR card to that address. Should I wait for the card to be sent to that address or I need to provide any other information?

UPS. Possibly ~20$ - dont remember as i paid in 2016.
Doesnt matter which courier/post. Use fedex/ups instead of Canadapost to avoid delays.

Can U tell me one thing more, did ur friend declare that package contains PR card while sending envelope to u? I am worried abt it getting it stuck in customs.

Plastic cards are not subject to declaration. Even passports are not but ups/fedex asks on content inside which they can declare as pr card, nothing much.
Passports were sent to ottawa for pr visa stamping and I received in US. So not sure what else you need to get confidence on receiving pr card.

When did you update your address? i completed my COPR procedures on Aug 22, amd updated my address within 2-3 days

I got my PR card in about 40 days. I updated my address 2 days after my arrival in Canada.
