Has anyone else applied online for a new sin number recently (under change of status) after getting PR lately, only to receive a letter two weeks later saying they couldnt process the online sin request due to missing documentation?
I attached all the necessary documentation, so was surprised i received the letter, also it doesnt state specifically what is missing, so ive reattached but compressed the documents.
I'm wondering if it may be because I didnt include a scan of the back of my passport maybe? or something small like that? It's to hard to know when they won't tell you!
