Need URGENT help!

I recently tried to check my ecas status and it shows:


We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:
Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.

This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

What could be the possible reason plz reply..

You might be putting wrong file number. Check other details as well.

HI Canada1234,

I have checked it and even i tried with UCI number but same problem...

i don't know why..is there any one who are also having same? :o

We are currently experiencing intermittent technical issues with MyCIC. Users may experience difficulties when attempting to access the system.

HI deba,

MyCIC may sometimes be unavailable due to regular system maintenance or unexpected issues. If you have problems connecting, you should try again in a few hours. If you cannot access MyCIC for an extended period, and your status is about to expire (What does this mean?) you may also apply using a paper application.

Updated on 2012-05-04...then why after so long time...

Its clear some technical works are being taken place in their systems and thus several applicants are facing such issues. Since its a massive issue and there's a clear message in their website, this is not a issue on which you can worry. The CIC might worry to resolve the issue.

It might be a system glitch. Hopefully it'll be alright soon.

Same with me buddy... I guess quite a few applicants are facing this.. Hopefully CIC is working on it and should be fixed soon.. All the best! & GOD BLESS
 
MyCIC is for extending visas online electronically.DO not confuse them with checking your application status online.I'm sure the issue is not MYCIC but something else.
 
I don't know why is this happening...may be system glitch but how long will it take to solve... ::)
