can i ask for an appointment interview from the canadian embassy?just had a refusal letter yesterday and my sister and her 2 babies that i need to accompany are leaving on the 18th next tuesday.
how can i convince the immigration officer that my only intention is to accompany them and attend to my nephew's baptism.
please help.

hello sis there is no chances that you can change the Visa Officer decission... try to apply next time.
