TRV online application take 38days without any update in myCIC ??

My husband applied last week of February. Gave biometrics last of February. He just received passport request. It's more than 2 months now.
I realized that applicants who have to give biometrics have to wait much longer than those who don't.

I applied April 3 and received passport request on April 28 (exact 17 business days). This is the processing day as published in the visa office which processed my online TRV.

Note: No biometric needed (Philippines national)

I want to ask question about Online TRV. I tried to upload addition documents online, But i cant find where to upload addition documents after documents required from mycic. This is the document provided and file upload space below.

Itinerary, Travel (required)

Family Information (IMM5645) (required)

Purpose of Travel - Other (required)

Passport or travel document (required)

Digital Photo (required)

Travel History (required)

Proof of Income (required)

Proof of Means of Financial Support (required)

Employment Reference Letter (required)

But i want to upload marriage certificate, landed property and other documents, I cant find where to upload this document. Can anyone assist me on how to upload those documents in mycic or i should just upload all this documents required by them, I dont want them to deny me again, since they have deny me last year. Am careful about how to upload the documents.

Thank you for the information, I dont know how scan all documents in one file. Please kindly enlight me on how to scan all the documents in one file. And also do i need to fill out the application form and i will print it out before scaning it to them. I dont know much about online application. Please kindly teach me on how to scan all documents in one file.

You were not required to upload IMM5257B_1 - SCHED 1? Normally other documents aside from what you mentioned follows this...
 
you know what i have enough documents that i want to upload . but there is no enough space to upload the documents. Please kindly teach me on how to add addition document on mycic.
Or i will scan it on copy it to Microsoft Word and convert it to PDF?
Pls teach me.
 
Do you have the option to upload IMM5257B - or Schedule 1 (located under optional documents). If I remember it right, below this there should be an option to add a new item and the letter of explanation will appear..
 
I cant find the add new items. I can only see Letter of Explanation . I can scan all the documents in one place then convert it to PDF or what do i do to add the marriage cert, income tax, landed property.

there you go.. you can scan all the mentioned documents under one file and upload them under letter of explanation...you may opt to provide a letter of explanation with a bullet list of additional documents you have included...

put all documents in a single batch and scan them...make sure to select PDF format so it can accept multiple pages..you can filename it whatever you want..in the first page, you may put the cover letter/letter of explanation..

Thank you for the information. Sorry for more question.. Can i fill the form online and print out and scan and upload it to mycic? Or after validating the form, i will just upload it after generating the barcode?
