My mother is planning to enter canada early april 2027 and her TRV expires May 31 2027. She plans on leaving in June 2027. Would there be an issue? The cic website says as long as the visa is valid at the time of entry there shouldn’t be any issues but I am looking for personal experiences

A TRV is an entry document so no issue as long as it is valid when she enters Canada. A date will either be stamped in her passport or she will be given the default of an up to 6 month visit. There is no requirement that there must be over 6 months left on the visa to enter Canada like in some countries.
