TRV for spouse applicants pls join this thread and share your time lines -2013

Hi I got one rejection for my wife on "purpose of visit" and "tie to Canada and country of Residence".
Country: Bangladesh, VO: Singapore

I want to reapply. should I ask for a six month VISA or till study permit?
 
Has your wife been accepted by a Canadian school for a program that is longer than six months? She needs to be accepted by a school before she can apply for a study permit.
 
It's for TRV Multiple Entry. As I was rejected last time, so I am asking should I put 6months duration of visit or till study permit?
I am showing that she is studying and will visit me during her semester breaks.
 
dosen't matter. You can apply for either but since you are a student, she will need to show good financials. In your case, I think chances of getting an open work permit for your wife will be higher as then VO can be a little liberal about your financial conditions.

If you still want to apply for a visitor visa (as this will take less time) then make sure that
1) you show good financials (which can also come from your account, your property, her account and your approved education loan) and
2) her ties to her home country should be better than her ties to Canada.

with TRV application i submitted document

on my all passport travelling stamps .(7 year Dubai working history)
my bank statement of 6 month.
my company NOC letter.
my leave letter.
salary slip
reference letter by employer
covering letter.
chartered accountant valuation letter for property and assets .
both way tickets.
my father eyes operation in august that medical letter from surgeon .
affidavit from my parents that we will come back and they will support me financially also


my wife document

6 month bank statement.
work permit.
letter from institute.
salary slip.
house rent slip.
marriage certificate.
marriage photos .
invition letter.
income tax paper
saving also

this all document i submitted and i got rejected 2 times my wife is working as post doctreal fellow on closed workpermit her work is finishing in october but workpermit till march 2014 i orderd for caps report i got one report which i will put know here plz suggest me the way how i can make visa officer allright with my document

i got CIAPS /GCMS report but still its very confusing they send information on base of first time iappiled TRV...2nd time i applied they didnt mention the deatil for TRV so how i can judge what is the problem iam attaching with this information regarding what they send to me please reply me so i can apply again 3rd time

travels are limited to UAE where he worked , saving are limited from PA and host , recently large amount in bank statement in PA account , no kids -young , highly mobile ,recently married ,first met spouse is doing POST DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP ,iam not satisfied that applicant would be able to achieve financially sustainability nor am i satisfied that the applicant would return after authorized period of stay . Application refused .

previous : travel SE ASIA other country traveled ,UAE VALID VISA : ,NONE , previous refusal :NONE purpose in Canada : purpose of travel : family travel in Canada : spouse traveling with (not associated to the application ) : spouse financial information :total personal saving 8500 CAD invitor information


and one more thing i dnt have any property on my name as still im 30 year of age how i will have property all my parents name
 
I Applied for spouse Visa on 12th and now status is showing Visa Dispatched. I applied for 1 year TRV. They did not ask for Medicals also. Does it mean rejection?

Finally got SPouse Visa for 13 months (As of my WP) without Medicals :)

Sent to VFS Delhi on 12th August and and got the Passport today.. Paper application
