Did you get any update on this?

I applied on April 12 for my Uncle and Aunt but no updates yet!

I got refusal on my uncle aunt's TRV.

Applied - April 11
Mode- online
refusal - May 18

Refusal letter shows letter is from Ottawa????????????? Don't know why?????
Because technically it should be New Delhi office or Chandigarh office.

Reason-
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I'm not satisfied with this refusal reason as they both are government employees and have strong financial status. There's no reason that they will won't return as their son is also in India.

But don't know why they got refusal.

Will think about reapplying!!!

Applied on April 23rd 2018
No updates besides an email today (India time) saying that we are processing you application because number of days are exceeded than the processing time for visitor's visa.

I am the sponsor and these details are for my wife.

Is your application is in Eligibility review ? I applied on 27 April online, and eligibility review started 12 may, and nothing since then.

That's why i think that Visa Officers have got mind of their own, sometimes decisions seems so illogical. There may be something that VO feels a weak link to come back to home country. And rejection after waiting 40 days is disheartening.

Yup it went to "We are reviewing your eligibility" after 10-14 days of submitting. Don't know the exact date when that changed!

Online TRV VISITOR VISA Application submitted - 28 April 2018 ( INDIA )
Status changed to reviewing ur eligibility on 15 May 2018

Got PPR request on 16 May 2018

Reason of visiting- Daughter,s Degree convocation ceremony..
FUNDS FOR 2 persons - 15k CAD * 3 months old only
NO TRAVEL HISTORY- FRESH PASSPORTS

i am graduation in this june can you tell me what are the documents need to apply because my dad is retired from govt. job and my mom is house wife.
Do i need to apply for both on the same online application or i have to create separate cic accounts for both of them .
Kindly reply soon if its possible.
