1st webform- May15th (No proper response)
2nd webform- May 28th (No proper response)
1st call- May 29th (No proper response and top of that they said they cannot even flag the application) even it`s nearing to 2 months)
2nd call- June 3rd (8:30 AM MST)( They said will escalate and do the process soon)
PPR- June 3rd (1:30 PM MST)

Correspondence Letter: May 08
Web form: May 28
PPR: June 03

I applied a little earlier on April 8th. Raised a webform on May 11th. Correspondence may 14th. And made a call on June 10th. I wonder why the delay in PPR. How many days does it take to get PPR after correspondence? Anyone who has a fair idea do let me know.

My God whats going on... got bvl 30 may, doc number n expiry visible... no ppr. But why ? For u is 1 month nos... i applied 27th feb...3+ months

first time, they said the same for me. But, I called up for 3rd time and told that my daughter is distressed because of this. And she is not able to perform at her school. I received my daughter's passport last week Thursday. Thanks!

You would have to show that it is an emergency and you have confirmed flights to get processed faster.

Hey guys, for those who have sent their passport already, how long did it take you to get It back? Here's my timeline:

Apr 9 - applied (submission confirmation)
May 7 - information letter (saying they're still processing the application since it was flagged by an agent)
May 27 - correspondence letter (that same day got a call from MP saying they approved it)
June 9 - passport request, passport sent the same day via overnight delivery

They for my passport on June 10, it's June 18th currently and usually I would already get it by now but I'm not sure how it is at this time of year. How long did it take your guys to get your passport back?

I sent it on June 3rd and received it back ok on June 11th through Purolator express
