TRV Application inside Canada Delay, but I have vacation at the end of June

I applied on April 15, received Correspondence Letter on May 08, no PPR yet. I bought a ticket to leave Canada on June 30. Do you know if I could have my visa stamped outside of Canada?

If it's an application from inside of Canada it's definitely over processing time. Try calling them and ask an agent to flag your application, that goes directly to the office that's reviewing it

Tried calling IRCC. They told me it's not possible to flag an application to move faster. And they just told it's in review but, its still in review from May 1st.

That means decision is made [approved] but is stuck somewhere in the system for letter to b sent
