Trv application exceeded timeline

Hi

I applied last December 22, 2018 for TRV and until now there’s still no update on my account except for that they started the eligibility review last January 23. How may I know if how long is this process gonna take? Because I’m planning to go on April 17th-27th thank you so much.

Any advice would be a great help because I’m so paranoid and a bit stressed because of long waiting ty

Processing times are very individual and the posted processing times on the IRCC web site are only estimates. Actual processing times can take anywhere from a few days to several months. What you are experiencing is normal and unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait.

Got the passport request today!!

I have another question, I am planning to submit my passport in VAC in Muscat because I am currently here in Muscat, do I have to pay the passport transmission fee as well? Or the only fee I have to pay is the VFS fee, service charge and the courier fee? Thank you
