So, I am only applying for her as her valid TRV expired last year. My parents are planning to visit us next year, both of them. They have visited Canada 3 times before and returned on time. She holds a US visitor visa and has been to US once. This time we thought we'd get super visa for her so that if ever the need be, she could stay a bit longer.
My questions are:

1. She is a housewife, has some FDs and a bank balance in her name solely as well as joint with my dad. There is a plot she holds in her name. I am including these statements and property valutaion and proof. Should I include property in my dad's name too to show that as a family unit these are their financial ties back home?

3. Is only CA valutaion and asset report enough or are other ownership docs needed if I end up uploading dad's assests too?

2. How important are home ties in case of super visa, stay is allowed upto 5 years so what do ties exactly signify in siper visa?

3. Should I mention that dad will be returning in 5 to 6 months, as he has a TRV only and she has to go back soon afterwards to join her spouse to show this a s tie or will this just complicate the file with too many unnecessary details?

4. My parents have no dependent children. My mother has 2 siblings and an elderly mother in India. Is this a good family tie? How include it, just mention in cover letter or are relationship proofs needed?

P.S. we meet lico requirements, have 1 year insurance, upfront medical and invitation letter undertaking that we will fund her stay, food, any other expenses while she is in Canada.

Not a consultant, just my take. Your parents' travel history (3 previous visits, returned on time each) is honestly your strongest asset here. That track record matters more than anything else for showing ties.

For your specific questions:

1. Yes, include your dad's property docs too. IRCC looks at the family's overall situation even though the application is only for your mom. A cover letter explaining their combined financial position is helpful.

2. For Super Visa, ties matter because IRCC still wants to see that the applicant has reasons to eventually return home, even though the visa allows a longer stay. Property, family connections, and financial roots all count.

3. I'd mention your dad's TRV status briefly in the cover letter. It actually helps your case since it shows your mom won't be in Canada alone indefinitely and has a spouse to return to. Keep it simple, one sentence.

4. Yes, her elderly mother and siblings in India are good family ties. Mention them in the cover letter with their relationship. You don't need formal relationship proofs for a Super Visa, just a clear statement.

You've already got the LICO, insurance, upfront medical, and invitation letter covered. With their travel history on top of that, this is a strong application.
