Travel document

I need an immediate advice on travel document application.

I landed on PR in January 2015 and stayed for a week in Canada. After signing my job offer, I came back to UAE so that I can close my children school account and take my family with me in March, 2015.
I have to go back to Canada in March, 2015 to start my job.
How complicated is to get the permanent travel document in this case?

Please any one advise/ expert opinion...

What is a travel document for you? Do you mean a passport?

What about your pr card? Generally travel document process time is around 4 weeks.

You have 2 options:
1. If your PR card will arrive in Canada and a friend/family member can receive it for you at the address you gave, then they can courier the PR card to you in UAE. Of course there's no guarantee when the PR card will actually arrive.

2. Apply for a PR Travel Document from Abu Dhabi visa office: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp
It should be relatively easy for you to get the PRTD as there are no residency obligation issues to worry about. I'm not sure how fast or slow the Abu Dhabi office is though in issuing PRTDs. I would apply as soon as possible, and I believe the PRTD will have an expiry date suitable for you to return in time for work.

Help help!
Landed on Jan 9, 2015 and made exit on Jan17.
Applied for SIN, but was not processed as my landing COPR not registered in system. Called CIC, they cleared landing was not completed even though I signed COPR and immigration officer signed and put date on the same.
Not sure what is happening.
Called CIC agent and they requested me for landing stamp number on the passport.
Since the passport is with Canada embassy for travel document application processing, I dont have stamp copy.
any one can advise on this situation.Is it normal these days for delay in landing registration in system.
My ecas still showing decision made.
