In 2015 we moved to the states and exported our Canadian car to our location in the U.S. (required so we could get insurance and title and all of that). We moved back to Canada after 2 years in the same car, just driving it across the border and telling the agents that we were coming home. I honestly can't recall undergoing a re-import process of the car back to Canada. I got insurance, license plates, everything now that it's here in Canada but upon an attempt to sell it on Clutch.ca they said it can't be purchased due to an improper RIV process.

I'm not sure what to do here, as it's been so long and the car has been here and driven for the past decade. Do I just have to go back to the border and drive over and back? What paperwork do I do in that process for this scenario? Does it matter that my address has changed multiple times for this car since being in Canada?
