Travel Document and PR Cards

Good day, my son had to return to China to finish college a few days after landing here as a new PR, so without a PR Card he has to apply for a Travel Document at the Canadian Visa Application Center in Guangzhou. Does anybody know what the wait time for the TD will be? Or where, I might find out.

Also his and my wife’s PR Cards have not arrived at our Canadian address after 80 days dispite the processing time be posted as 62 days, what should we do?

Send an email to Guangzhou visa application centre and you should receive a reply. You should make a phone call at the IRCC call centre at 1-888-242-2100 if you have not yet received your cards.

If your son's PR card arrives with you and your wife, you can always mail it to him in China.
