Renewal of PR card while living abroad with Canadian spouse "Situation B"

I am a Canadian citizen and my spouse is PR since 2016. got her PR renewed for the first time in 2021 and now about to expire in Dec 2026. From 2021 to uptil now she never lived in Canada. We have been cohabiting together during this time outside Canada. My son is also a Canadian citizen. My question is

1. What are the chances of getting PR renewed?
2. what documents are required to submit while she falls into "Situation B"?
we do not have joint bank accounts or joint lease statement. what are the some of the strongest documents that i can provide apart from that?
3. whats the time limit to receive the renewed PR card once application is submitted?

Has your spouse resided in Canada at all since becoming a PR? (i.e. was she in Canada until 2021?) Was the PR by sponsorship (.e. you sponsored her)?

'You have been cohabitating during this time' - which time? Did you move more or less together?

I don't know what 'Situation B' is.

Is she planning on returning to Canada multiple time within 6 months or for an extended amount of time? How did she renew her PR card in 2021? Did she come and visit when she applied to renew her PR card and to pick it up?
