I am seeking guidance regarding an issue with my PR card processing.
I completed my soft landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport on 21 December 2025 with my wife (primary applicant) and daughter. At the airport, I completed all formalities and provided a Canadian address (my friend’s address) for PR card delivery.
On 20 February 2026, my friend received my wife’s PR card. However, neither my PR card nor my daughter’s PR card has been received.
On 2 March 2026, I received an email from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada stating that they do not have a valid Canadian address on file for my UCI. I immediately updated the address. Within two days, I received another email asking me to submit a webform, which I also completed.
Again on 1 April 2026, I received the same message about the address not being on file, and I submitted the address again. Yesterday, I received the same email once more. This repeated loop is only happening for my PR card (linked to my UCI).
Additionally, when I try to check the application status using my application number or UCI, the system shows that no application can be found.
For my daughter, we have neither received the PR card nor any communication from IRCC.
I am currently in the UAE and unable to contact IRCC by phone from outside Canada. I need the PR cards urgently as we are planning to travel to Canada soon.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can advise on the next steps to resolve this?
