Has anyone applied for transcripts from AKTU recently? I am also 2005 passout and went to lucknow to get the transcripts but they refused to apply in offline mode. I tried their site to apply but it does not process the payment and shows a message " Your all requests not approved/ disapproved.....so cant make the payment for this application" . has anyone faced this issue? if yes please help me get through it.
