Transcript process for CCS Meerut for WES

My wife completed her BCA and B.Ed from Chaudhary Charan Singh(CCS) University, Meerut, India, and we are now starting her WES evaluation.
I have a few questions:

• What is the process to apply for transcripts, whether it's online or offline
• If we go in person, is there a specific window in the Gopniya Vibhag (Confidential Dept) we should visit for these specific courses?

If anyone has recently gone through this for process, please share your experience or any reliable third-party services you used.

This is an international forum and very few people would know the process around that specific university in a Tier 3 city. Best if you call the uni directly and get your answers.
