Call ircc to get your application number begin with R. Then link this application number to your account. Then wait. Hope your office is not Edmonton.
Actually, what I was asking was that do I have to send any forms along with COPR and photos?
And any fee for pr card ?

I sent my photo for the PR card on December 1st, but the photo will be 6 months old on December 15th. Is it going to be ok? Canada Post on our isolated community is too slow. It may take 15 days to reach Montreal.

you should have sent recent ones.
As per CIC guideline photo should not be older than 6 months, mine wasn't 6 months old, when I posted it. I was told that the cut off date for the photo is the day you posted the photo. That being said, if my photo is not 6 months old, when I posted it, I should be fine, right?

yes, but we only get update on profile when application is approved.
They communicated with me by email to confirm my residential address. I was talking to a few experienced persons, they also told me the same.

copr- 28th may
Photo delivered - 5th June by registered mail.

visa office-nova scotia.
Its been more than 6 months I have been waiting for my First PR card.
Enquired many times throu phone calls and webforms but their reply is same- IT is in Process.

Me too im.nova Scotia and copr late May, photoes sent late May and still waitting
