are you applying online? if so, they dont need to got to VAC until they have been requested to submit passport.

i personally prefer online as it seems more streamlined

We dont have scanner at home so hard for them, so will go to VAC and do it, not sure how long will it take to process after they submit...I believe VAC will trans to Delhi...

I have applied a visitor visa for my mom on 12-03-14
Got a msg tht passport has been dispatched 14-03-14
Received passport with 10 years visa on 15-03-14

Now, please share if anyone is travelling from New delhi to Winnipeg in mid April........
just to accompany my mom.
