Trouble adding in Activities section for Tourist Visa

Good morning all,

I am trying to apply for a Tourist Visa for my family friend from Taiwan by using IRCC Portal. But as I filled in all her activities (study, and work) for the last 10 years, the system had refused to save my input information. And keeps saying "Error" three times. I lost all my input information.

Does anyone know why I keep having this problems? Why the IRCC Portal is acting like this?

Can I do apply on paper for this Tourist Visa?

Please help.

Kindly use the old portal GCkey, it will be slow but can calm your frustration.
