To All Who Made Medical Examination to Nationwide Health System Inc.

I got my Med request August 2 dated July22.
Its says within 1 month. Is that mean the CEM must receive the result within the period or its pertaining to when your Medical should be taken?

I think I will choose Nationwide too.

Im just confused about their Makati City address. Salcedo st or Amorsolo st.?

Can you give me a landmark where it is located.

Did you bring your Past Medical records too? if there's any? I have my records of my past APE from my current company.

Nationwide is located at Salcedo St. Legaspi Village, near Indonesian Embassy actually Nationwide and Italian Embassy is in the same building, if you had an operation maybe u should get ur medical history, 2 weeks ago we had our medical exam at Nationwide, we even brought our xray films ,some results of our previous test here in the province, pero di naman nila tinignan,.

Epoykun, Favor naman, kung pede lang, pakitanong when you go there in Nationwide if kilangan ng Original talaga na passport, kasi mga passport ng kids ko nandito sa akin sa GCC. if pede Xerox copy lang passport at orig na medical request lang dala nila...wala kasi web address ang nationwide. late ko na nabasa. Di ko natanong. original pinapakita ng lahat ng nandon eh. You can call them to verify.

Mabilis namansila don. 11 20 am ako dumating natapos ako ng mga 1 30 PM. Kahit lunch continue pa din naman ang tawag. Advantage ng mga single or konte lang ang pamilya kasi mas nauuna natatapos sa pag fill out ng form. Nauna pa ako natapos sa dalawang pamilya na nauna sa akin.

Kapag may tattoo o butas ng tenga may additional test for hepa which is 300 pesos.

And by the way, kung na operahan kayo dalhin niyo na yung records niyo kasi kukunin talaga nila. Actually yun nalang yung kulang ko- susubmit ko next week.

ask ko lang po...may nadedeny na po ba sa mga nagpamedical papunta po sa canada? ano po yung mga results or problem po nila kaya nadeny na mabigyan ng visa ng canada? salamat po...
