Any updates on what the processing times are for files transferred to Edmonton?

Latest update in this post mentions 24 months, but timeframes may have changed now. Does anybody have recent experience with this?

For us it took 14 months..it depends upon who is your immigration officer!!!!max time is 24 months and I have seen someone here who got in 4 months...so all depends upon your officer!!!!!!!

application was transfer on nov 18,2013, i have interview on may 8,2014 medical requests may 26,2014 just have to keep fingers crossed ;D

I know most of my batchmates are landed already!

So here I am! A 2010 applicant.

Good news is my son and I will be landing at the Edmonton office on June 24,2014.

Timeline:

June 4,2014 -DM
June 11,2014- received the landing appointment letter dated June 9,2014
June 24,2014- Landing day!!!

God is good!

u are lucky plus they are not busy anymore because of the 2 year Conditional Pr thing so its like less work for them/// and thats why cases are being processed quicker...

Have anyone knows about the processing time on Edmonton office. I just got a letter saying that our file got transferred to CPC-Mississauga to Edmonton. Just curious to know that do everyone get interview on Edmonton Office and what is the processing time in edmonton office. Is it still 1 year or more ?

Do you know the reason for transfer?

I waited for 2 years for the interview after the transfer in 2011. I believe it is the same until now.
