USE OF REPRESENTATIVE:

Good day po. CIC stage na po ako at medical received na sa ecas. Nag email po ang CEM asking for additonal requirement which is the Use of Representative Form. Di naman po ako gumamit ng representative throughout my application sa CIC. Ano po kaya maganda gawin? Salamat po.

Paki check mo yung IMM008 form na ipinasa mo - see if magkaiba ang current mailing and and residential address mo sa form - indication kasi ito na dahil iba ang destination ng correspondence (official forms etc.) na kailangan i-mail kesa sa current residential address mo, mayroon kang intention na maglagay ng isang representative na pwedeng tumanggap ng official correspondence.

Kung wala ka naman talagang intention na maglagay ng representative, sagutin mo lang ang instructions sa iyo na wala kang appointed na representative.

I sent CSE to ADVO last January 12, 2017..and they replied informing me that they cannot tell the timeframe for the processing of our application, since they serve on a First Come first serve basis..whew!!!

Typical response ng VOs yan - walang kaseguruhan, sadly even for those na matagal na natengga ang application.

If you can - try getting your GCMS notes via http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp if possible, more details on the notes kung ano na ang nangyayari sa application. But then - me timeframe din ang pagsagot dyan, and currently matagal ang balik na response.

Yeah, i order again GCMS notes after a month ko pa bago po mareceived, hopefully sana may improvement sa previous result ng GCMS notes po.

I'd say yes - well it is added proof na lawful resident and shows your current status in Kuwait.

Technically - wala talagang NID ang PH. Although some opined pwede gamitin ang SSS ID, the intent of the question is referencing how a national ID is used in in the context of getting government services - kung saan all government transactions are referenced by the National ID number. Taxes, civil status/civil documents (BC, MC etc.) - tracked by the national ID. In this context, hindi masasabing the SSS ID is a national ID para sa PH.

The questions sa form itself as well as the guide wala naman explanation from which country is the NID coming from - kaya if you are in possession of one - pwede mo naman ilagay iyon. Ang makikita is - "Country of Issue" - and it implies expected ng CIC na the NID may be issued by another country where the applicant is currently residing.

Isipin mo na lang na for those looking over the application - they cannot assume na ito ang iniisip ng applicant, at hindi mo rin pwede i-assume na alam na ng tumitingin ng application ang gagawin nila sakaling me ambiguity o hindi pagkakatugma ng mga isinagot sa forms. Kailangan maliwanag ang sagot mo for them to make a decision. Kaya sila (CIC) nagtatanong - hindi sila pwedeng mag-desisyon para sa iyo kapag kulang ang impormasyon para sa isang decision - otherwise - sila naman ang malalagot kung nag-assume sila tapos mali naman. .

I'm going to include it now, but my NID don't have an issue date - it's always being renewed every one or two years. Should I leave this field as "N/A"?

Also, will it be acceptable if I just enclose a copy of the front side (which is written both in English & Arabic)? The back is only in Arabic.

If the NID does not show any issue date (as seen clearly sa card itself) then yes - N/A. There is no information to satisfy the question.

I'd suggest you provide a copy of both sides - the English and Arabic sides - and mark it clearly which side it is. It is a status document, and for completeness sake (and full disclosure) show the document in its entirety. You don't have to worry that much - your NID has the English translation already.

October 5, 2016: Received Nomination Certificate from PEI

October 12, 2016: Express Entry Draw, Express Entry Invitation to Apply (ITA)

October 18, 2016: Upfront medical at St. Luke’s Bonifacio Global City

December 2, 2016: Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). Medical passed at this point.

February 6, 2017: Passport Request (PPR)

Ang tagal ko na po kasi tina-try i-link yung application ko online pero lagi pong unsuccessful (no application found). More than 5 months na.

Please help po. Tama naman mga information na ini-input ko.
