Question po, my husband (principal sponsor) aircraft technician/mechanic po sya...
medyo nalilito po ako sa nababasa ko... ano po kayang mas okay, EE (skilled worker) or MPNP?
Sabi kasi ng friend namin, isign daw nya paper namin for MPNP...wala naman kasi kame family sa Manitoba kasi.

There was a time tumagal lahat ang processing ng applications due to multiple factors - yung economic downturn sa oil-resource-rich provinces, yung transition to EE and changes in some economic streams, and then lately due to focus on the refugees from Syria. Medyo stablized na ulit - we see gumagalaw na naman with some regularity. Sometimes you just have to have endless amounts of patience. Matira ang matibay.

As to travelling outside of the country - no restrictions naman, and as you said, medyo restricted lang due to waiting for MR. Kung hindi talaga maiiwasan na hindi mag-travel, pwede naman gawin ang MR sa ibang accredited clinics/PPs sa ibang bansa, but then lugi ka lang sa follow-up - malayo if you return sa PH at baka mahirapan sa coordination.

Question po concerning sa medical po..

1. I was hospitalized for a month kasi nabutas po palubigan ko during my 6th month of pregnancy, Kelangan ko po ba ideclare un sa medical ko po? Or ung mga kelangan na ideclare is ung talagang sakit like TB, Hepa and the like po? Or kelangan ko lang po ideclare ung medical record in the past 6 months po?

2. After giving birth po, nirequire ang baby ko na maincubate for 7 days and pinag gamot ng antibiotic during his 7 days of stay sa hospital, pero ang purpose lang is para maagapan if ever na magkaroon sya ng sepsis kc daw ung nangyari na nabutas ung palubigan ko. Idedeclare ko pa din po ba?

3. Nahospitalized po ang bunso ko for 7 days before po sya mag 1 yr old due to acute gastroenteritis po.

4. At present po, laging inaasthma ang bunso ko po, so need ko din po ideclare un?

5. Concerning sa vaccination record po ng dependent children po, pwede po ba na ung current pedia na lang po gumawa ng medical certificate and list ng vaccines na nareceived nila kasi po wala na po akong contact sa previous pedia,though i still have a copy of their baby book po.

Sorry po sir ragluf sa dami ko pong tanong, kc need ko po ayusin mga documents before po magtravel kasi kelangan daw po namin na magtravel.

General advice ko is to declare everything and kung maari and supported ng medical records. Now kasi ang karamihan ng mga tanong at requirement sa mga forms - me implied "truth test" - meaning hihinihingi na sabihin ang lahat, kahit maliit or maaring sa tingin ng applicant hindi na kailangan. Note also, pinipirmaha ang mga forms - which makes it a sworn declaration na inilahad ang lahat at tama ang nailahad. Kung me discrepancy or me hindi pagtutugma sa makikita sa IME at sa mga inilahad sa forms at sa mga tanong at paguusisa ng physician, maaring dahil sa walang full disclosure magkaroon pa ng grounds/doubt leading to misrepresentation. So still - be as complete in declaring any medical history as much as possible.

Itong mga medical incidents na ito - if me medical records ka showing recovery and no complications na significant arising from these incidents. So dalawang bagay ito - naka-recover na sa pangyayari at walang sumunod or after-effects ng pangyayari sa ngayon na nakakapekto sa general health and welfare ng applicant. So still kailangan mo sabihin, yet ang importante, re-iterate mo na fully recovered ka na and walang after effect sa iyo at sa mga anak mo after ng treatment until today na nakaka-pigil ng pang-araw-araw na galaw, kilos.

Full disclosure eh - so kailangan i-declare. Kung mapansin yan sa IME (hindi declared), mas malaki ang posibilidad ilagay pa yan into clearance protocol for PTB. diba po may portion na ideclare yung whereabouts within past 10 yrs.
ung old passport po kasi nawala. e may travel in overseas po dun sa passport na yun.
alam nyo po ba gagawin?

declare mo lang sa application mo ung tinatanong nila. i dont think it will matter kung mawala kaya naman nila ma check yan kung lumabas ka talaga ng bansa.. meron silang capability i verify lahat yan

hello, hingi lang advice sa mga nakatapos na.

nasa process na ako ngayon ng paper application sa cic, pero ang tanong ko lang ay ganito;

1. dependant ko yung live-in partner ko as common law and our daughter, Married yung patner ko pero hindi annulled at legally separated. wala na sila contact ng asawa nya for 18 yrs na. kailangan ba ako mag submit ng proof na hindi na sila nagsasama?

2. need ko ba submit yung marriage certficate ng partner ko sa cic? taska yung cenomar ko? kasi technically single ako sa pinas.

Yung kakilala ko hinanapan pari sya ng cic ng divorce papers.. Suggest ko magfile sya ng divorce dito sa canada tapos ipasign nya ung ex nya then send it back dito sa canada.. Un ung ginawa ng kakilala ko..

Good day po. CIC stage na po ako at medical received na sa ecas. Nag email po ang CEM asking for additonal requirement which is the Use of Representative Form. Di naman po ako gumamit ng representative throughout my application sa CIC. Ano po kaya maganda gawin? Salamat po.
