Timeline for Filipinos submitted pnp-pr applctions at CIO

Lahat so far ng nakikita ko since is ang UCI/EP is sent as part ng AoR mula sa CIO, lalo na ang first time applicants. Which is logical, kasi sila na unang repaso ng application then sila (CIO) na ang mag-transfer sa processing office (VO).

Note na ang UCI and EP hindi magkasama parati. Ang UCI mo is ang permanent client ID mo in ALL transactions with CIC. Madalas, ito na din ang magiging PR ID number mo. Lahat ng applications mo sa CIC (kung kailangan mo ng travel
document, PR renewal, WP etc.) - ang ID mo will be the UCI. Personal ID mo na yan - isipin mo para itong TIN/SSS ID.

Now ang EP is actually the application file number - ang ibig sabihin nito ang PNP PR application mo is known by the EP series. Kung halimbawa naman me iba ka pang application sa CIC, iba naman ang file number nito.

So kung i-query ng CIC ang UCI mo, lalabas lahat ng application file numbers ng current/past applications mo. Case in point sa akin, under ng UCI ko, me meron akong previous TRV application (Vxxxxx), tapos me WP application ako (Bxxxxxxx) then me PR application ako (EPxxxxxxxx).

Kaya sa sagot sa tanong mo kung pwedeng mangaling sa VO ang UCI and EP - particular sa EP, hindi mangagaling sa VO ito - mula ito sa CIO. Ang UCI pwede mangaling sa VO, pero sa application tulad ng WP/TRV, hindi PR. Kaya masasabing hindi parating magkasama ang UCI sa isang file number. Pero, kung first-time applicant para sa isang PR application - then magkasama ang UCI at ang file application number ng PR application - na para sa PNP applicants ay madalas, nagsisimula sa EP.

Ask ko lang po ung nangyari sa friend ko. Nagsubmit po sya ng Inland PNP-PR last year Sept. binalik po ung application noong May lang kasi po expired na dw po ung Nomination Certificate nya. Ano po pwedeng gawin nya?

Base lang sa sinabi mo - kailangan kumuha sya or mag-pa-re-issue sya ng nomination certificate. Kausapin nga ang PNP office nya at humingi sya ng re-issuance ng nomination letter.

Kelan ba ang expiry ng nomination certificate? Kung well before ng expiry nag submit ng application sa CIO at natanggap ng CIO before nag-expire ang nomination certificate, then pasok pa ito. Kung nasa CIO na ang application at saka nag-expire ang nomination certificate, hindi dapat ibinalik ito.

Seems enough na ang information na nakuha nila including the submission ng PP and verification ng bio details mo sa PP. Enough to do a final decision, so looking good. Madalas kapag me DM na - and at this stage wala na nakikita pa na cause for rejection - sent for printing na yan ng visa and CoPRs. Hopefully di umabot ng end of the week pabalik na yan.

Baka nakulitan or most likely enough na paramdam na ginawa mo before kaya naalala ka nila; ikaw ang inuna sa queue as soon as nairaos na nila ang EE. . All the same matatapos na ang hinihintay mo.

Email na ang passport request - dun sa application mo kung inilagay mo ang email address mo, primary means ng communications sa iyo is email.

Before ka magtanong sa VO mo, siguraduhin mo walang naipadala - check your spam folder sa email, baka napunta dun. Kung sigurado ka wala, then contact the VO. Wala ka bang agent or representative na designated sa application mo?

Sa mga posts mo before ADVO ang VO mo, so ito ang first option mo to contact. Iba iba ang proceso sa mga VO, normally hinihingi muna ang PP (PPR) bago maging DM - yan ang madalas sa CEM. With ADVO maaring iba.

So send an urgent email to ADVO - yan ang processing office mo, sila ang me hawak ng papel mo, at sila ang makakapagsabi ng details ng application mo.

Walang direct contact number - puro CSE and emails lang, so CSE prefaced with Urgent on the subject line lang ang immediate na magagawa mo.

Alternative is get GCMS notes, pero it takes 1 month, kaya in your case this is not a viable option kung gusto mo kaagad malaman ano ang nangyari.
Meron ka ba sponsor? Ask your sponsor to get in touch sa member of parliament nila sa Canada, para yung MP ang magpadala ng inquiry sa CIC to get more details ng application mo.

CPC-O - no idea. Hindi consistent ang posted times nila.

Sa email instructions sa iyo - required ba ng return shipping envelop/postage? Iba kasi ito if this is the case, kailangan me isasama ka na prepaid/return envelope na gagamitin sa pagpapadala ng documents mo pabalik sa iyo. Normally sa mga applications sa Ottawa, kailangan me isama na return shipping envelope.
