See the flowchart by clicking the "Reassessment Process Flowchart" (last one in the link).
If the applicant’s medical file does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above for reassessment (i.e., the medical assessment is older than 15 months and the applicant has not been residing in Canada continuously for at least the past 2 years)
issue medical instructions for a new full immigration medical examination done by a panel physician.

and may tendency na mapending ang application namin dahil sa medical validity and dahil sa security screening?

Yes - likely sa security screening.

Tumatawag po pala ang CEM bago magpadala ng passport request?kasi they called me to confirm the email add and the residence address and told me na i will be receiving the passport request after our conversation. Then pag check ko andun na nga.

Tumatawag po pala ang CEM bago magpadala ng passport request?kasi they called me to confirm the email add and the residence address and told me na i will be receiving the passport request after our conversation. Then pag check ko andun na nga.

Hindi mandatory ito gawain ng VO (ang pagtawag); and hindi din mandatory practice ito ng CEM. This why ang tawag ko sa CEM predictable at medyo maayos pa - kasi kung me details na kailangan i-verify (like malabo ang address or email) - ang CEM tumatawag. Nangyari din ito ke kurtsebastian, at nung una akong nag-apply ng TRV sa wife ko, tinawagan kami to verify kung TRV ba talaga o OWP na ang kunin. Ito ang one of the things na maganda sa CEM.

Meron na kasi kami nagpa picture na kami dati. Kaya lang baka kasi iba pala.

Hehehe - dalhin mo ang instructions sa Appendix B Photograph Specifications, ibigay mo sa photographer para mas sigurado sa sizes ng pictures lalo nasa "chin-crown" na sukat:

Dahil magkakaiba ang sizes ng "Temporary Visa" application photo specs (o sabi nga for "Canadian Visa"):
- The frame size must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).
- The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).

Ang PPR mo naman na Appendix B check mo kung:
The photographs must measure:
- between 25mm and 30mm (1" and 1 3/8") from chin to crown
- have a 35mm x 45mm (1 3/8" x 1 3/4") finished size

Kaya dalhin mo ang instructions at ibigay sa photographer at iyon ang sundin nila.

Ganyan din sa kin, nareceive ko July 24 yung PPR, pagdating ng July 28, tumatawag sila pero di ko nasagot, maya maya meron ako nareceive na email from them, resending the PPR email. So I just replied sa email nila to confirm I did receive their email requesting for our passports..

Urgent question lang po sa mga nakapagpadala ng passport sa CEM, dun sa appendix A kasi nandun yung application number box sa may FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY, pero sabi naman dun sa instructions sa completed APPENDIX A please ensure that youhave clearly indicated your file number, your return address and all contact numbers for delivery purposes. Isusulat ko ba yung application number sa box?

I sent my passport to CEM on July 29 then received on 31. Where is your return address, manila or province? Tnx
