you already have approval if the decision has been made. then next thing is portal request then copr then card. could be weeks to months. it varies with no set time frame. i got my portal request almost a month after DM.

How did you receive the letter by mail or was it an email? Just to know if they are working today and tomorrow...

PCC and biometric not the same . PCC you can do with many agents but biometric only service Canada . For PCC you can do here http://www.canadianfingerprints.com/

that's just automated estimated time based on the year before applications. it could before or long after. but yeah just have to wait.
