Please what is the best way to send Passport to Accra after PPR. I'm in Nigeria, is it better to send directly to accra using VFS or send through VFS lagos. It's abit confusing for me.

Sending directly will be my recommendation and that's what we did and it took about a 1.5 weeks from sending to return
The below is what I got from Accra when I emailed in late June but you can send an email to them to confirm.
We used DHL directly to VFS Accra because we do not live in a city that had one and we needed to cut the middle man. It was about 1.5 weeks from the day we mailed to Accra and the day it was delivered back to us. Payment was made in a Nigerian bank (sorry can't remember what it's called) and receipt was attached in the package with other required documents.
We acknowledge receipt of your message. Kindly send the following documents to us via DHL:
Passport
Letter from IRCC
CVAC Consent Form – Pages 1 and 2 only (see attached)
Typed Return address, telephone number and email address on a sheet of paper
Payment slip of GHC204.00 (per person for residents within Accra) or GHC207.00 (per person for residents in Tema and outside Accra) or GHC508.00 (per person if you live in any other country within Africa)
Required size passport pictures – Permanent Resident Applicants(50mmX70mm with date, name and address of studio behind one photo)
Any other documents required – Permanent Resident Applicants
Bank details:

In GCKey, it states ADR but it's a request letter for updated info (info has not changed) and passport request with pic size and applicant name, height and eye color

I have no idea what the ADR is.
At the beginning of the request letter,it states to update name and address if there has been any changes BUT there has not been any change. It also does not state what form to submit.
I think it is an error on their side IMO
Alright thank you very much. That means you were told to submit extra documents at any point.. do you think dependent child sponsorship is faster than spousal sponsorship in n accra?
Extra document was never mentioned.
I am not sure which is faster but ours is going to 6 months and that's a good thing
