Anybody knows here after receiving CSQ how long does it take to receive the MR?

Was hoping I could speak to you concerning the ADR process you went through. Our application was refused and I have a few questions. From the conversation I had with the lawyer, he is fairly certain we will qualify for Judicial review.

I am in Canada, sponsoring my wife and her dependents. I have already sourced out a lawyer and meeting with him next week.

For anyone reading this, please do not be concerned over your own applications. Accra is attempting to make a simple issue complex based on bias.

May I ask what the issue is?

it is good that you have a lawyer. They should be 'coaching' you on the types of questions which will be asked of you and your spouse and how you should respond. .

Actually my wife had a dependent to someone she never got married to. The boy has his mums last name(her father’ name) so she changed the boys name to her new last name and they needed more documents to support that

Hi, were you directed to send your passport to the Lagos Visa Office?

My Visa office is in Accra and I’ve received PPR. I’m currently in France, can I send my passport to VFS Paris for stamping or I have to travel to Accra to get that done. I’m a Ghanaian resident but I’m here in Paris for a workshop lasting two months. I got my PPR today and there’s no way I can get to Accra before the 30 days deadline. Please advise!!

Some one should correct me if im wrong but I think you’ll have to courier it down to the visa office in Accra.
