Some of them have not only received meds but also PPR. Ms hinajamal is an example of this.

I believe that apart from Jimmy's famous 3 years theory LUCK is another factor which accounts for more than 60% of in this whole process.

Luck/will of God is the biggest thing in anything in life, esp immigration...:)

My 3 year theory is for 80 % applicants....and again....its not MY theory...its the results we all have seen...

if u re lucky : 2.5 years
If u take standard time : 3 years (80 % applicants)
If u re luck is slow: 3.5 years...

Bottom line..inshallah sub ka ho jaye ga...kisi ki thora pehley, kisi ka thora late....

Canada 1234 VS hinna jamal....same day of full docs, same noc 4131.....yet canada 1234 got visa in october 2012....hinna will get it in march 2013...or may be already got it in feb 2013...

Bus dua karo, hum sub ke liye, jub bhi aye, achee khabar aye...iss dair mein bhi koi behtri ho gee, which ONLY Allah knows. For HE is the best planner

About 1.5 month back, u wrote on main pakistan forum page that u have some correspondence from vo after medical.....when 2 calgary asked u directly, u said "waqt anay pur bataon gee" and gave a big smiley:) and when he asked wat does this smiley mean, u wrote it means "I'm kool".....if it was re-medical, the "smiley+im kool" would ve not been there and u would ve been tense....and asking further question about re-medical :)

I told 2 calgary that day that hina has PPR1...(Aur kya corresponsce hone hai, after medical, which makes u smile n kool)...so calculating 1.5 months from that day, u should have visa by now :)

I use something called "Common sense" which apprently is not very common these days :) tellin u...I'm good at making calculations :)

Kher, congratulations n pray for us all now.

P.s: waisay, apus ke baat hai...mein ne to andharay mein teer chalay tha...never thought it would hit bull's eye :) kabhi kabhi tukkay lug jatay hein. lol.

Ottawa, March 2, 2013 — The Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, issued the following statement to commemorate the second anniversary of the death of Pakistan’s Minister for Minorities’ Affairs, Shahbaz Bhatti.

“Shahbaz Bhatti was a brave and indefatigable leader in the promotion of religious freedom and the protection of minority rights. As the first and only Christian minister in the Pakistani government, he was acutely aware of the discrimination faced by members of religious and ethnic minority groups from all walks of life. As the Minister for Minorities’ Affairs, he worked tirelessly on their behalf.

“His courageous work in protecting religious minorities included a principled condemnation of Pakistan’s blasphemy laws, which are often used to discriminate against religious minorities. Although he knew his prominent public actions and opinions endangered him, he carried on without fear.

I had the honour of knowing and befriending Shahbaz Bhatti, and of hosting him in Canada mere weeks before his shocking murder two years ago today. His death was a tragic loss to Pakistan, and to all those around the world who share his commitment to promoting religious freedom and protecting minority rights.

“Last year, in recognition of the importance of his life’s work, our Government posthumously awarded Shahbaz Bhatti with the John Diefenbaker Defender of Human Rights and Freedom Award.

“As Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, I extend my sincere condolences to Shahbaz Bhatti’s family and friends, and to all the people of Pakistan. On this solemn anniversary, I also wish to reiterate Canada’s strong support for the values he upheld. Freedom of religion and belief is a fundamental principle of our own democracy, and of all democracies.”

Forms required of you will be clearly mentioned , so act accordingly. For other questions scroll up this and will find answers in previous pages. Hope will be clear now.
Kindly clear me one specifcally, that they asked for IMM0008 form for the principal applicant, so do they want
only i. IMM0008 E GENERIC (Application for Permanent Residence) or two other IMM0008 forms as well give below and on their website
ii. IMM0008 E SCHEDULE 1 (Background Declaration) – for Principal App + Spouse
iii. IMM0008 E SCHEDULE 3 (Economic Classes – FSW) – for Principal App

Basically there are three IMM0008 forms on their website, kindly clear confusion.
