I sent a CSI and received the below response after 4 days. My updated documents request date was 10-10-2012. Does anyone else got reply from SJM?

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is not yet required. Please provide other additional docs as requested in the letter received.

Please also be advised that the deadline has been extended till 10th December 2012. We look forward to hearing from you by that date.

Can you kindly state the dispatch date of the MR so we know if they started fresh mail with new updates after 26th October

I dont have any details yet as of now as they just informed me by email saying that they already received the request without mentioning any details of it, but will definitely contact them tomorrow to confirm. I'll update as soon as I get the details. Thanks!

Thank you and will appreciate, if the dispatched letter is after 26th Oct. then it means that they are taking out the files and working

I had asked them to clarify whether they required RPRF now or not since it was checked and then crossed out on the letter. Incidentally, I have sent out the updated documents today, so they should reach them on Friday, let's see what happens next..keeping my fingers crossed.

i have finally gotten word from LVO..that a letter was sent to me and i should wait before sending anymore CSE...

I'm a 2010 applicant in process since april but did not receive any wait letter or anything...

i hope its not the wait letter as i'm already waiting, hope its MR..

Can you kindly paste the actual reply? Please make sure the you've delete your case related information before paste here on forum
