this thread is focused on applicants who are inside Canada. For all April applicants (inside and outside Canada) you can check the following link: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/all-aors-received-in-april-2015-lets-connect-here-and-share-updates-timelines-t282367.0.html

but in any way, congratulations on your PPR ;D

Hi guys,

congrats to all who got their PPR, just a question to anybody who applied for BOWP.I am trying to apply for bowp online and a question got me confused which states" which situation best describes your work situation" i selected the answer "im eligible for a work permit through an active pilot project" did i made the right answer or should i choose "none of the above" since other answers are not related to my situation? though when i tried selecting none of the above i was asked if i have an LMIA and when i answered NO, then the wizard tells me that i am not eligible.. also on the question that ask me for "how long are you planninf to stay in canada" should it be "permanently or morethan 6 month"?

any inputs guys will be greatly appreciated.

TIA

I'm an Inlander.

Thanks for your efforts KaydenB. +1 to you for coming up with this idea of tracking us Aprilites in one Spreadsheet. Keep up your good work.

Hoping and praying for many more PPR today, tomorrow and for the rest of July. Good luck to us all!!!!!

Got my ECAS updated to be Decision made, not very sure when it changed I saw it yesterday.

Hi ALL
I need some urgent advice.
Case:My lawyer submitted my work permit extension application (paper application) to CIC just 2 days before expiry of my work permit in April.
I am presently working on Implied Status. On Implied status, I got ITA and I applied for permanent residency under FSW. I have an AOR. However, I do not know how to update AOR with CIC to get work permit extension.
I called up CIC helpline and they were of no help.

I am sure that there are some more people who have gone through this situation.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks!
