if you talk about holiday then tmw is also holiday , saturday
July 1st, no matter what day of the week on which it falls, is considered the HOLIDAY, so CIO do not work on Saturday or Sunday so next work day for them will be MONDAY, 4 July.

guys for god sake beleive it now that there is no change in points scoring and only cap of 500 is changed and 10,000 limit is put.

CIC never applies [change of] rules retroactively. As of date there's no mention of selection criterion replacing... just that it's 500/NOC. If u send your apps before the 'cap' applies - u'd be considered as per the prevalent rules. There's a lock-in factor, remember?

another proof that points scoring remains the same

on this page

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

click the six selection factors at the bottom

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

Selection Factor Points
Education Maximum 25 points
Proficiency in English and/or French Maximum 24 points
Experience Maximum 21 points
Age Maximum 10 points
Arranged employment in Canada Maximum 10 points
Adaptability Maximum 10 points
Total Maximum 100 points
Pass mark 67 points

so points remains the same as before.
now stop wasting time and send your application as soon as possible before the cap is reached. good luck to all.....

guys start sending your applications as there will be no more changes in points. i am quoting qorax post.thanks

while filling schedule 3(economic classes), i have one query that while giving your work experience details, how to describe times where there are gaps. i.e suppose you are unemployed or not working for some time. then you should write under occupation "UNEMPLOYED", or leave that time period.

for example a person has following details:
from july 2009 to present ......... working with company XXXX
FROM JAN 2009 TO JUNE 2009 ............... WORKING WITH COMPANY XXX
FROM JUNE 2008 TO DEC 2008 ........... UNEMPLOYED

AND SO ON

HOW TO WRITE IT IN WORK EXPERIENCE COLUMNS OF SCHEDULE 3

DOES ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN ADEGREE COLLEGE COME UNDER NOC 4121 OR 4131?

DOES ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN A DEGREE COLLEGE IN INDIA COME UNDER NOC 4121 OR 4131?
