Where is it written on the website that there is no change. Can you pls share the link.

hi

those new point allocation will be implemented in july 2012 and not this year. check

http://www.gatewaytocanada.com/2011/06/mi-3-possible-changes-2011-fsw-new.html

Quite possibly, the proposed changes to FSW points system would be implemented starting July 1, 2012. The proposed changes are meant to make it easier for skilled tradespeople, technicians and apprentices to meet the passmark and to attract immigrants who will adapt more easily and be active members of the work force for a longer time frame.

If implemented, the ideal age would be 21-35 years old and that there would be a minimum level of language proficiency depending on the applicant's occupational skill level (i.e. a nurse would have a different requirement from a welder).

what u posted is not official from CIC website. its from another consultancy link. plus it is also a heresay thus the word POsSibly.... only check CIC sites to be better guided

Why is the eligibility tool not updated yet? If I try any of the occupations which have reached a cap, it says "we are not currently accepting applications under this FSW NOC". If the new cap has started, it shouldn't say that. More changes anticipated... :-X

CIC have said that today new instructions are announced so everything on the website regarding points allocation is valid for today (even if it is same as before) so those who are planning to send application today, forms and instructions that are on website are correct.

goodman the six selection factors have not changed...
the eligibility also still have the 20k cap and 1000 per NOC.... is it the website maybe lagging? not so sure but i dun wan to risk assuming until maybe tom.... its also going weekend..
