Hi if you dont mind please send me too and also what selection did you use on IRCC webform?

For the letter to have any effect you still need grounds to have received PR by now. When did you apply for PR? Are you stuck in background check and for how long?

You likely would have received PR in the same timeframe had you not sent the letter. Not highlighting the fact that you were likely going to receive PR within a similar timeframe and so it’s impossible to tell how much the letter changed your processing time is important. Many will spend a lot of money on a letter that may not have any outcome and if more people start sending letters IRCC may stop being responsive to cases where there are grounds for letters before moving to writ of mandamus. There have been other examples where everyone starting doing similar things and it ends up backfiring in the end because IRCC changes their policies. There are certainly cases where writ of mandamus or letter before filing writ of mandamus are warranted. It is not supposed to try to force IRCC to make a decision when people’s application timeline are within normal processing times if compared to others.

This is still normal processing time. Are you in Canada with your dependents? What country are you from and when did your background check start? There are some countries which are known to have longer background checks. I would suggest ordering GCMS notes for you and for your spouse if they are one of your dependents to see if there is more information on whether you are going through more extensive background check

I can even see many people posted that your responses are negative and it's AI response you are using. Why you want to discourage other people on this forum?
