Hi if you dont mind please send me too and also what selection did you use on IRCC webform?
When i contacted MP they told me to wait 8 months more in july as per IRCC, When i send the letter it was effective for me...So why not give a shot..For the letter to have any effect you still need grounds to have received PR by now. When did you apply for PR? Are you stuck in background check and for how long?

I applied in March 2024 got my eligibility passed both me and my dependants in Jan 2026 and since then radio silence, background has been like for ever cause they havent even started criminality the last time i called to ask.For the letter to have any effect you still need grounds to have received PR by now. Why you are using AI responses? You likely would have received PR in the same timeframe had you not sent the letter. Not highlighting the fact that you were likely going to receive PR within a similar timeframe and so it’s impossible to tell how much the letter changed your processing time is important. Many will spend a lot of money on a letter that may not have any outcome and if more people start sending letters IRCC may stop being responsive to cases where there are grounds for letters before moving to writ of mandamus. There have been other examples where everyone starting doing similar things and it ends up backfiring in the end because IRCC changes their policies. There are certainly cases where writ of mandamus or letter before filing writ of mandamus are warranted. It is not supposed to try to force IRCC to make a decision when people’s application timeline are within normal processing times if compared to others.
I can even see many people posted that your responses are negative and it's AI response you are using.
