I would like to know if there is anyone who was under security screening but have received PPR now? I haven't come across a single person like this. It seems like once you fall into security screening it is like a bottomless pit.
There are applicants who have received PPR after security screening. So don't lose hope!

legalfalcon what does the assessment of eligibility means? What does it covers?

Would the IRCC call our referees for example to check work history?

My file is stuck under NA since 24 may.

PNP Outland 19 Feb.

Thanks in advance
Eligibility

Whether the application meets the program prerequisites under which it is filed. When reviewing an application, processing offices must determine if

  • the applicant possesses the qualifications that they declared in their e-APR, and if the same is corroborated by the supporting documents filed; and
  • when the applicant submits their e-APR, the information provided in their Express Entry profile has not materially changed to the degree that the applicant would not have been issued an ITA in that round of invitations.
The objective here is to review whether an applicant meets the program threshold and what the applicant claimed in his profile is true and correct. If there are any issues or concerns, the reviewing officer can send your application for further review. This may include an interview, extra document request etc. The officer also considers whether the application should be refused for not meeting the minimum requirements of the federal program or for misrepresentation.The eligibility focuses on two major factors:

a. Requirement to maintain Minimum Entry Criteria (MEC) – To meet the MEC, applicants must meet the program requirements of the federal skilled worker class (FSWC), the federal skilled trades class (FSTC) or the Canadian experience class (CEC). If an applicant’s situation changes in the time between when they receive an ITA and when they submit their e-APR to an extent they fall below the MEC, the application is refused under section A11.2.

b. Requirement to maintain the Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) – It is an applicant’s responsibility to ensure that his application meets the minimum CRS score. The CRS score is automatically recorded at the time when

  • ITA is issued; and
  • e-APR is submitted.
At the time of the e-APR, both the CRS scores are compared and one of the following scenario plays out:

  • If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is equal to or higher than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application will not be refused as long as the applicant’s supporting documentation corroborates their claims and they continue to meet the MEC for Express Entry, including the requirements of the program to which they were invited to apply.
  • If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is lower than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application will be refused under for not having maintained the qualifications that would justify the ITA

@legalfalcon,
In my recent GCMS note the due date was 23/August and it also searched on 22/August. What does this mean? Giving that Eligibility and medical passed while criminality and security not started
I have received medical request on February, 2017 and passed medical on 7/march 2017.
On the previous GCMS the due date was April 2017
Thanks for your usual support

@legalfalcon good sir:
I have passed eligibility and I have verified I'm not SS. IP2 since July27
There's a due date of sep23. Should I order GCMS notes again or should I wait some more?

The due date has no relevance on the processing of the application. It is a system generated date and most applications are processed way before that or take much longer.

If you are not under SS, that is great. Have you passed both the stages of eligibility, or just by the program analyst.

Case analyst recommended a review on my POF (exchange rates sent me below minimum amount) on july14. However Officer reviewed all and said POF was just fine, updated to "passed" on july24 and security checks began. Assigned it to CPC Ottawa with due date september 23.

Does anyone know why CIC may ask for the documents which have already been submitted? I will obviously upload them, but just curious as to why they might do it. To be more specific, we've been asked to upload the divorce certificate (decree absolute for my previous marriage was uploaded together with the application) and the new marriage certificate (myself and the primary applicant recently got married and uploaded the certificate via a CSE - we've had a confirmation that it's been attached).
Appreciate your comments. Especially @legalfalcon
Thanks

The due date does not have much significance. But you are through, and after the BGC, you should be receiving PPR.

It is usually a system glitch. If you have submitted the documents, you can re-send the documents with an explanation that these have been submitted. However, make sure that all the documents are in order and there was no mistake or nothing was missing.

Thanks, Also the officer commented that they received the PCC and it showed NRT (what does this mean)

Does this mean my BGC has started? It has been now 25 months since submission
