My SS started on feb 27,2023 , Today marks 10 months and 13 days in SS - it is taking more than 10 months now.

Suddenly my current mailing address disappeared from ECAS portal since mid - December - I tried calling IRCC and the agent had no clue .. Does anyone know if this has any relevance to the application process?
