My letter had an address (Sydney). Agency used that address and sent it directly.For the guys/girls who sent the 2nd FP without a letter , where did you send it to ?
I found the first letter and it had no physical address, a Scan of the file had to be uploaded to the CIC website through their form.(1st FP)
From my GCMS/ATIP notes my Primary Office is Montreal and the secondary office is Sydney.
Do I upload the 2nd FP to the CIC website ?
Do I send a physical copy to Montreal ? or to Sydney ?
Do I request the FP agency to send directly to CIC ?

Do you have ATIP notes? From the officer notes section, you can tell which office previously issued/approved FP (whether Vancouver or Sydney)
The first FP letter does have a address where the finger prints results needs to be submitted to IRCC, mine mentioned the Sydney office but the person taking the fingerprint mentioned that it is transmitted electronically to RCMP and they in turn after Back ground check submit the report to IRCC. Yes that is the process as it was during 1st fingerprint, not sure about the second one as it is a short in dark
